Hi everyone!! Welcome to my blog and my day! For those that don't know me, I live in Melbourne, Australia and am so happy to be a part of this wonderful blog hop with THE most wonderful designers!!
Here is my project: a little candlemat (or perfect with a little bowl of chocs in the middle!)
Download Buttermilkbloghoppatt
We don't have any snow for Christmas here, usually it's quite warm (although it has been known to rain and ruin our game of cricket!!)
We do however still have all the trimmings (well my family does) and I am currently searching for our tree so that I can put it up and start the decorating!! And of course I have loads of stitched decorations, wall hangings, stockings etc..
I love Christmas and love all the yummy treats that come with it!!
Here is the recipe for cranberry and choc bit brownies.....you can put anything in though!!
my whole family love this!
125g butter
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup selfraising flour
1/2 cup choc bits (more if you like!!)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
Just remeber the temp is in CELCIUS!!!
Visit Stacy everyday to get the links
Don't forget to visit everyone else....I have already downloaded BOTH the projects so far...I hope I can keep up!!
woo hoo - go Gail - love it - just in time for me to make a mugrug for a Christmas swap

Thanks GAIL,
As Always your Little bird is so cute and I have to begin perhaps to-night-nothing at TV and a stitchery is always better than everything else

love this little mat! it's so perfect! Thank you for sharing. I've shared the recipe for the brownies with a work friend as I don't care for cranberries (even though I grew up on Cape Cod, a part of New England where there are cranberry bogs everywhere!). She's home today and promises to bring some in tomorrow - I'll eat around the berries 'cause what's not to love about chocolate!
