Welcome to my day of the blog hop!!
Knockout Neutrals is a fantasitc new book by Pat Wys from The Silver Thimble Quilt Co.
and see that gorgeous quilt on the front cover, yes I started it!! I couldn't help myself and it was so much fun! At first I thought I didn't have any neutrals but Pat explains all about using neutrals in the book.
Here are the first 8 blocks of Road Trip, I have another 5 cut, ready to sew. They come together so fast! I will be making a smaller version of the quilt as I dont make big quilts, but you never know!! (most of this fabric is from Whimsicals)
here are some more gorgeous projects...
this tablerunner is on my list!!!
so how fantastic are all these projects!! To see more visit Martingale
If you would like to WIN an e-book or a signed copy with Aurifil thread and 15 fat quarters of neutral fabric, please leave a comment, I would love to read about what you think of Knockout Neutrals!!

Ok what an awesome book! I'm in love with the tablerunner and pillow. I never thought of grays and blacks as neutrals but that has changed, hehe.
Thank you and Pat for a super generous giveaway and a chance to win.

I have already ordered this gorgeous looking book but if I was lucky enough to win another copy I would pass it along to a quilting friend. It will be hard to decide which project to make first.

Neutrals are my first love when it comes to quilts. Those fabrics look great together, whether in a simple traditional design, or a detailed applique piece. The book is on my "must-have" list because it combines it all in my favourite tones.

These quilts are gorgeous! I've never made a neutrals quilt but lately have been drawn to more muted colors and have been collecting some of those fabrics. I'd love to use some of these patterns with them!
