After what seems like a very long month, I am back with block 2 of A Christmas Wish!!!
I have finished the quilt and written all the patterns but......one at a time with only 7 to go after this one!!! I hope you have all enjoyed stitching the first block. I have received lots of emails and comments and have visited lots of blogs over the last month...wow....from all over the world!! (google translate is coming in very handy LOL!!)
Block 2 merry
Thank you all for spreading the word and putting a link on your blog.......it is so exciting to visit all the different blogs and seeing a link!!! It sounds like you have all loved block 1 so I hope that you like block 2 too!!!!!
Now that school is back this week I have been trying to get into a routine...it is still hot but not as bad as last week (although tomorrow will be about 43 deg Celsius...very high fire danger, especially where we live near the forest).
Enjoy block 2!!
until next time
Gail
Thanks a lot.... I love it.... j'adore !!!!! Merci!!!

Hi Gail,
thank you for the second block, I love your designs really !!!!
My first block is ready by stitching, not by sewing and therefore not to see on my blog, but in the next few days.
Hugs from Berlin, Jutta

From the other side of the world in Spain, ¡cold snap in the middle! We have in common with many people from that side, we also love the block two, like the one. Thanks Gail

Thank you Gail. Block one down onto block two of your lovely pattern. I'm being very ambitious

Gail, They are both lovely. I'll start on them when I've bought the right thread.

It's wonderful, too! I found your blog last month when you started this and immediately printed off the first block. I still haven't sat down to stitch it but I know I'll have these done in a flash! I'm so looking forward to seeing it all completed :)
I love Primitive Country so my quilt will be a little different, probably coffee-stained and done with homespun but half the fun is seeing how the same pattern can make so many different looking quilts :)
Thanks for doing this!

Thanks! Yes, I love this one, too. You snuck it by me. I checked and it wasn't here, and then I come back a couple days later and it is. =)

thanks for sharing a great project. While I haven't begun the blocks as such I did use the word from block one to make a miniature quilt to go in my sewing love swap package.
