A little while ago I received a message from Pat Sloan, asking me if I wanted to be a part of the Aurifil Designer of the Month 2012. What???? Would I???? Of course I would!!! I was so excited and couldn't say too much and as Liam was the only one home at the time, he had to put up with my screaming and dancing around the room!!
I am so excited to be a part of this and have received some gorgeous Aurifil 12wt threads to use as well as a "Sassy" layer cake
My block will be out in April and I have designed a cute little stitchery block. All the blocks are designed to be a part of a big quilt so the idea is to collect the blocks and stitch them, then put together in a big quilt.
Please visit the Aurifil blog for all the details and remember to post your pictures to flickr to have a chance to WIN THREADS!!
For all those lovely ladies asking, here it is. Red Robins for Christmas 2011 free stitchery.
I really hope that you all enjoy this pattern available here
I hate to be negative as I do like to share the love at Christmas, but please respect my copyright and do not claim as your own. I am happy for you to link back to my blog so others may find it. This will be available until the end of December only so please print it now!!!
I have to show you this wonderful quilt that Vicki made. It is from my pattern "one little flower". My quilt has 83 flowers but Vicki has made 120!! I think it looks absolutley stunning!!
